who are looking to take their game to the next level.
The purpose of the series of videos was;

  • To learn how the world’s best performers find their ideal mindset for being at their best and be guided through the process of creating clarity.
  • Be given an evidence-based mental framework to unlock your performance potential, learn how the mind reacts to stress and apply tools to access your skills under pressure.
  • Explore how the world’s best performers train the mental skill of confidence and direct their worldview towards optimism.
  • The pilot program also explored how to manage performance constrictors, and find calm in high stakes environments.
